Are you having trouble sleeping, such as falling or staying asleep? This 2-part workshop is for patients and caregivers interested in learning about strategies to improve their sleep without medications.

Sleep therapy includes stimulus control, sleep restriction therapy, muscle relaxation, and cognitive behavioural therapy strategies. It is a safe and effective way to improve your sleep.

In this workshop you will learn:

  1. How to use tools and strategies to challenge the racing mind
  2. How to relax the body and mind through meditation and relaxation exercises
  3. How to adjust sleeping schedules to have more consistent sleep
